Random Sample 5

Cormorants howl
To the Coruscant sky
Mimicking the sound
Of the Unicorn's neigh
Below the deck the slavers toil
The whip cracking to the sound of drums
As the paddles grind, the waters boil
Never stopping 'til the tempest comes
The innocents bawl as the thunders fly
Straight out of the barrel of a giant spider
As sunrise proceeds to reddened sky
Fading souls cry out - remember us, remember!

Random Sample 4

Racing, racing, running to stay
Tumbling, moving, struggling to lay
Summer is approaching, soon it will be May
Soon it will be June, classes, classes, first day
I could be good, or bad, both to be easy on myself today
But tomorrow beckons, had to move, had to work, have to make a way
For distant meadows are nothing but a hope to delay
What is now a deed, tomorrow is, today, today
Move, move says the sun to the wind, an order do not belay
Wait, wait says the breeze, I want to stay, to stay to play
And in that dance of light and air the Mayas sway
The elven whirlwinds spin litter and leaves and floating hay

Random Sample 3

And when the clock turned back
The minutes became hours
Eighty five people talked
About the weather and me
And most of them said
It was raining when I was born
Floods were everywhere
And the roof of the house was torn
I wonder if it was bad
To think too much of the sea
That I was afraid of it
Terrified that it will take me
Churning waves and eerie calm
Never failed to disturb
Despite that I will sit on a boat
Best I can my fear I curb
Sail away I would
Underneath, a million miles
The thought of it, humbles me
For every jitter, I give a hundred smiles
So that I forget what I ought to be
But instead remind myself, that life beguiles

Random Sample 2

Last day, last way
Coming into me
Forebay, Manila Bay
Forward, forward, you will see
Sundown, countdown
All the best will flee
Small town, big clown
Forgetful, do not be
Macaroon, show the moon
In a blissful fantasy
Fly by, to the sky
Leaves, leaves, one single daisy

Random Sample 1

Bring the blisters to the sea
And force the minarets to stand and declare
That whoever moves and seeks to be
Will face the wrath of the dragon and the bear
To raise the colors and thunder’s light
Shall show the way of plunder’s plight
Ominous paints splashed on doors
With the king of beasts on all fours

A tale bewitched by the mermaid’s song
To show or not, decide, belong
And never ask what this means
For meaning, it has none, and so it seems
